2. Exchange Period

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied, with no reason required.

Products returned must be brand new and unused.All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are required to be sent back with the item.

5. Exchange Confirmation

Wesuptrade will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the exchange can be processed and provide the customer with detailed instructions and important notes.

9. Exchange Processing

Products that meet the conditions will be replaced as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.
